About Us
David’s Capital is a construction company that designs and builds any type of construction, including residential blocks.
We have more than 20 years of experience in construction servicies, and throughout our activity, we have managed to build more than 20 residential complexes, we have been involved in various initiatives with a social purpose, we have built several schools, kindergartens, and contributed to the restoration of several parks.

We aim to eliminate the task of dividing your project between different architecture and construction company. We are a company that offers design and build services for you from initial sketches to the final construction.
All our houses have been designed with seismic stability up to 9 degrees. The housing blocks of the David’s Capital Company have a concrete frame structure and brick walls, being insulated with mineral wool, which guarantees sound and thermal insulation. The project of each apartment is well structured. Only quality and safe materials are used in their construction. The residential complexes are fenced, offering an increased degree of comfort and security, the adjacent territories are green, they are equipped with playgrounds and recreational spaces. At the time of commissioning, the apartments are equipped with double-glazed windows with 5-6 LowE chambers, armored doors, water and gas meters, aqueduct and gasification system, cabling for television and internet via optical fiber, autonomous heating system.
In addition to our passion for building, we are also passionate about sports.
On this occasion, we decided to contribute to improving the lives of people in the sports community of the Republic of Moldova.
