In partnership with the construction company Dansicons from the Republic of Moldova, we developed a unique project located in the city of Orhei. It is the first project of its kind in the region, which represents a modern housing complex built for young families, but also for all the locals of the municipality of Orhei.

In this project in partnership with Dansicons, we perform construction services for the housing complex.

The complex will be accompanied by:
Underground parking lot;
Playground for children;
Windows with a panoramic view;
Photovoltaic panels;
Filling stations for electric cars;
Secure fence;
Elevator in each block;

The residential complex will be commissioned in 2 stages, the first stage having already been completed, and the 2nd stage to be completed at the end of 2023.
